Members are advised of the protocol concerning the election/resignation of committee officers ahead of the 2021 Annual General Meeting on Friday, November 26th.

1) Election

Should you wish to stand for election for a committee position you must complete the following process:

i) E-mail carmelcricket@hotmail.co.uk with a message addressed to 'C&DCC secretary' stating the position you intend to stand for and naming your proposer and seconder.

ii) Your proposer and seconder must then also e-mail the above address stating they support nomination.

iii) The above must be completed by Friday, November 12th - at the very latest.

2) Resignation

Should you wish to resign from a committee position please advise us in writing by the following steps:

i) E-mail carmelcricket@hotmail.co.uk with a message addressed to 'C&DCC secretary' stating your intention to resign and listing the position you wish to quit.

ii) Please do this as soon as possible and no later than Friday, November 12th.
