A member can also propose any business be moved at the meeting which would need to be in writing to the secretary (Alun Davies, acting Secretary - adifa@hotmail.co.uk) and received no later than 14 days before the AGM.

Nominations received electronically will be accepted.

If an officer’s position is unchallenged for re-election then they will remain in office for a subsequent year sine prole, and so forth, unless an objection is received in writing by the club’s secretary no later than 14 days before the AGM.
