League rugby returns this weekend with a first game in 2017 and a trip to Tarleton - a team who have aspirations of gaining promotion. They have produced some decent results during the season with their open rugby and saturdays game will be a tough affair as it was back in September with Carnforth the victors at Kellet Road.
It will be a busy day at Carr Lane as the Tarleton 1st XV entertain North Manchester.
