SHIELD WIN FOR UNDER 11s

The 2011s won their games against Star Utd and Ballykeel in the group stage and then met Carniny 2012s in the semi-final.

Luke Murray scored twice in the all Carniny affair to take the team through to the final where they played Magherafelt Sky Blues.

In a very tight game there was no score at full time so the teams played 5 minutes extra time. Ryan Arrell scored the winner after his shot was deflected past the Magherafelt keeper.

It was a well deserved victory as the team had played good attacking football throughout the tournament.
