The Firsts got off to great start in their away fixture with Aberystwyth Exiles on the 3G pitch at the University Playing Fields on a very wet afternoon.
Striker Josh Kloet scored after just two minutes to make it 12 goals in 14 appearances this season.
A rare goal from defender Gaz Lloyd, when he poked home from 6 yards out, doubled the Cons lead after 18 minutes and this remained the score at half time.
Kloet turned provider in the second half as he assisted Player/Manager Rickie Jones to score on 65 minutes (his eighth of the season) and then again for fellow striker Max Stevens 7 minutes later to make the score 4-0 in favour of the Cons. This made it 3 goals in the last two games for Stevens and 4 in total for the season.
The Cons stepped off the heat for the last quarter of the game and this allowed the Exiles to score 2 late goals, to make the final result a bit more respectable for the home side.
