SCAA Causeway Bay welcomes back Yong Jai who is well known and respected by the Phoenix having coached them in previous seasons. A former player for Causeway Bay Men's teams, Yong Jai had an impressive playing career which included the 13th Asian Games Hong Kong Squad that played in Bangkok, Thailand in 1998.

Yong Jai brings a wealth of coaching experience having coached the Hong Kong International Women's team in recent seasons. He will take the Head coach role for the Phoenix in season 2013/14 and will work with Gloria (assistant coach) to further develop the team to sustain them as one of the leading teams in the HKRFU Women's XV Competition.

SCAA Causeway Bay is also very excited to announce that Gloria Cheung (also a Hong Kong player representative) will move up from the Pheasants 10's team to join Yong Jai in the Phoenix coaching team. Gloria who was one of the first girls to join the Phoenix as a player, is now the first woman to coach the team - a fantastic achievement and testament to her hard work as a coach.

Gloria is a well respected member of the rugby community and proved her coaching credentials last season taking the Pheasants to 2nd place in the HKRFU women's 10s competition.
