The role of Player Representative is an important link from the players to us as a committee, and makes us aware of perceived issues amongst the playing staff we are responsible for.

Gareth Randell will be attending committee meetings to formally air views on a range of subjects raised by players, however, will not currently have voting rights in the meetings.
