Just before the start of the season, a new 'Strategy and Development' sub-committee was set up, with a separate remit to the 'Executive' Committee that has continued to run the club on a day-to-day basis. This sub-committee has begun work on the clubs future, how best to manage it, how we meet the expected challenges of the future, and how we can continue to grow as we have done in recent years.

On the last weekend of the senior season, this group would like to present some ideas for the short and medium term future of the club. We will be holding two presentation sessions on Saturday 29th March, in the clubhouse, at 2:30pm and 6pm. All connected to the club will be welcome to attend players, coaches, umpires, parents of juniors. This will be a forum where there will be presentations but also opportunity to ask questions. The topics to be covered will be as follows:

• The financial challenges we face in the short and long term
• A new management and sub-committee structure fit for the size of the club that we now are
• The progress of 24/25 and our club focus for 25/26
