The CBH cricket management committee has welcomed the ECB announcement that, in line with the latest Government guidelines, outdoor exercise to include cricket net practice can now be undertaken. Club volunteers have worked hard to make sure our facilities are ready for members who wish to exercise in the nets and our booking system is now open for those who have paid their 2020 subscription.
As we are all becoming accustomed to, there are rules (summarised below) and it is essential that any member using the nets follows the latest Government advice on personal hygiene and social distancing at all times.
Updated ECB Guidance
1. You can now exercise outdoors on your own, with members of your household or with one other person from outside your household while keeping two metres apart at all times. You must only exercise in groups of no more than two people, unless you are exercising exclusively with members of your household.
2. Social distancing of at least two metres must be maintained at all times (unless all participants are members of the same household).
3. Only one-to-one coaching is permitted per session.
4. No saliva or sweat should come into contact with the ball at any time.
5. Wash hands at home before and after using the outdoor facilities. Bring your own hand sanitiser where possible

Opening times are: 9am – 8pm, 7 days a week, and each booking will be for 1 hour. Hire is free of charge to members.
