Chester Boughton Hall kick off their 2019 campaign with a home game against Toft as they look to go one better than last year when they finished as runners-up in the Cheshire County League.
With Will Owen stepping down to become coach, Rick Moore takes the reins as first team skipper, a role he'll combine with leading Cheshire's one-day side for the second year.
"This is a great opportunity that I'm delighted to accept," he said. "To captain one of the biggest clubs in the county will be a huge honour for me and a job that I'm massively looking forward to.
"I'd like to thank Will for the last two seasons and it'll be strange not being on the field with him but he's already making a significant impact with his coaching.
"We welcome Lloyd Aspin, a UK passport holder who's been playing his cricket in Brisbane and we're also pleased to have recruited George McCormick from Nantwich.
"It'll be exciting having Jamie Crawley for his first full season alongside the likes of Warren Goodwin, Lee Dixon and Alex Money. Jack Williams will be my vice-captain and the youngsters - including Tom Wyatt, Harry Killoran, Alex Money and Charlie Fleet have all wintered well and are biting at the bit"
Rick includes Alex Nash behind the stumps for the game with Toft and Noah Vickery steps up from the seconds for a 1st XI League home debut.
