Touch Rugby

Touch Rugby is a non-contact version of rugby and promotes fun, fitness and friendship. Touch is easy to learn, easy to play and helps you rediscover your sporting abilities to help you get and stay fit.

Touch Rugby is very simple to play. 2-3 games will see you master the basic skills and the more you play the better you will become. As long as you are keen to get involved you will develop the skills to enjoy yourself on the field. People of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels play in social or competitive leagues, you chose the level you wish to play. You will find that over the season your personal fitness levels will increase, Touch Rugby is a great way to exercise, improve cardio vascular fitness and help to burn excess fat

We welcome male and female players of all ages (14 years and above) whether you're a beginner or expert player.

Social O2 Touch Training:
Saturdays @ Chester RUFC, Hare Lane,10am-12pm

Chester Cheetahs Cubs (Junior) Touch Rugby Training:
Thursday nights @ Chester RUFC, Hare Lane, Chester 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Chester Cheetahs Development/Elite Touch Rugby Training:
Thursday nights @ Chester RUFC, Hare Lane, Chester 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Throughout the year we hold a Touch Rugby Leagues, please get in touch for times and location.
Put a team of friends/family together or just come along, come up with a fun team name, Play and have fun. Please get in touch for times and location.

Our touch sessions are free for the first session to see if you enjoy playing.
There is no pressure or commitment to join. Just come down and have some fun.
