I am writing to advise that the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Chichester RFC on 4th June from 19:00. The bar will be open from 18:00.

Your committee has started a review of the Club’s governance structure and will propose the following amendments for consideration as set out in the letter of 21 April to all members:

1. Amendment to Rule 12.1 (Officers of the Club):
• Remove: Immediate Past President
• Add: Director of Rugby and Mini & Junior Chair
If approved, the Officers of the Club will be:
• Chairman
• President
• Honorary Treasurer
• Honorary Secretary
• Mini & Junior Chair
• Director of Rugby
