The Club will be moving to a new online membership management system provided by White Fuse (https://whitefuse.com) later this month as we prepare for the forthcoming rugby season.
Membership management by the Senior Committee has become far too convoluted and time consuming over the years. It has become far too difficult to understand who has or has not paid their subscription fees, that in turn are re-invested in our Club to support everything we do we and the rugby we enjoy at every level and in every age group.
This new membership payment system will provide us with an online joining facility, automatic renewals and easier pan club communications using member-only content emails. You will be able to join online in seconds with one simple, mobile-optimised form, pay by Direct Debit and have your membership subscriptions renew automatically either monthly or yearly with no intervention.
Everyone will be required to undertake a new signup (in other words, stopping your old Direct Debit and starting a new one via White Fuse). We will not be sending out renewal letters as happened in the past. Once we have this new system set up and ready, we will let everyone know and then all of us can join CRFC for the 2019/20 season.
We will have a well-structured, modern, bespoke membership website that you can navigate to from the CRFC website. All member information is safely stored in a GDPR compliant contact database in the cloud. Members can manage their own details, keep them up-to-date and access a library of member-only online content such as club updates and event invitations from anywhere.
We will commence transition to this new membership system from mid-August. I hope you will agree that this is good news and a positive step forward for CRFC.
