Sidestepping skills a plenty.....

Thank you to all who attended the City Walls Pass ("CWP"), being the legacy from Rugby World Cup in 2015.

We had ten members of the squad attended and partake in a short training session before we undertook the CWP.

For the uninitiated, this was a run undertaken by all age groups in attendance @ CRFC (U6's to Seniors), commencing at Oaklands Pavilion, south down Oaklands park, around the northern city wall, turning into West street, up North Street, and returning up Oaklands Park. I am please to report all of those who stated finished... including the coach!

Back to normal training next weekend, meet 09:30 / 09:45, with training commencing 10:00am sharp.

Please ensure all children are suitable 'kitted out', with boots, gum shields, training tops, water, & refreshments.

If you have not yet renewed your membership can I ask that you do so ASAP, so as to reduce administration.
