As we start another season I would firstly like to welcome those new Vice Presidents (VP) to the Vice Presidents fold and also thank those who have renewed as Vice Presidents for this season. Your support as Vice Presidents helps the club to continue to build and develop both on and off the pitch.

As the season starts this coming Saturday with the 1st Team playing in Regional 2 Severn (Level 6) and the 2nd Team playing in Counties 1 Tribute Souther South (Level 7), this promises to have first team rugby, at Allington Fields nearly every weekend of the season.

With the 2nd Team playing against 1st teams, some which the 1st team were playing within the last couple of seasons.
it will be a step up for the 2nd’s and to this end I have looked at where possible giving them support with the hosting a VP Lunch for one of their home games.

As such I would like to invite you to the first VP Lunch to be held on Saturday 28th September when the 2nd Team will be playing Salisbury 1st Team.
The lunch will be a 12.30pm meet with a 1.15pm sit down for the lunch, which will give us plenty of time to have a relaxed lunch and catch up before the 3.00pm kick off.

I will send out details of the menu for the first lunch in the next couple of weeks and if you will be attending the lunch would you to please RSVP by Tuesday 24th September to myself and also advise if you will be bringing a guest.

When I send out menu details I will also advise on the cost of the lunch for any guests attending, which would also include any spouses accompanying a Vice President.

28th September - 2nd XV v Salisbury 1st XV

7th December - 1st XV v Thornbury

15th February - 1st XV v Old Centralians
