On just his second camp with the national team, the Bath centre delivered a standout display. Scoring once and assisting two further tries in a hard-fought victory over a resilient Argentina side.

Speaking after the match, Max said:
"I'm just glad we got the win. It's not swagger it's just that I understand my role, and I was waiting for my opportunity to take it today. I had a lot of support behind me and I'm glad I got to bring it to the field."
