Dear Member,

I am writing to let you know that the membership fee structure and rates were agreed at the
AGM on 23rd July, and are now available to purchase via the RFU’s GMS system.

Please note that memberships are not automatically renewed or direct debits “rolled over”,
both of which require (due to RFU policy) to be arranged for the new membership year
(which this year runs from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026).

All renewals are required by 1st September 2025, to ensure you and your family are able to
participate in training etc.

There are three stages to the renewal process:
1. Register to Play (this is separate to your membership, but required for individuals
playing rugby in its various forms)

 Its an annual process, so whether or not you registered previously for 2024/25 it
still needs to be done for 2025/26
 Simply sign into your GMS account (and if it’s your child who is the player
navigate to their GMS account):-
 if using a mobile device click on the bu on “Quick Links” and then
“Register to Play”
 complete the requested information, e.g. confirm emergency contact
details, any medical issues
DON’T FORGET TO THEN CLICK SAVE

All players under the age of 18, and those solely par cipa ng in non contact
forms of rugby should be “Club Registered”.
For the Senior Mens teams you need to be “RFU registered” , if unsure check with
your Team Manager.

2. Purchase the appropriate membership/s
Single membership- If you are purchasing membership solely for yourself simply
sign into your GMS and select the membership required, place it in your basket, go
to checkout and arrange payment. If discounts are applicable i.e. based on age,
these will be applied at checkout.

Family membership- Sign into your GMS account, select family membership
category for yourself, and then select each family member from within your account
(one by one) then add the relevant membership for each member into your basket,
go to your basket and arrange payment

 If you don’t include the individuals….. they won’t have a membership!
Vice President membership- Follow the steps for Family Membership as above but
select the relevant Vice President category required for yourself

3. Arrange Payments*
Our memberships are for a full twelve months, which can either be paid in full, or
arranged to be collected via Direct Debit between September and March.

If you select payment by direct debit, pleased ensure that you complete the
necessary informa on for your bank account, or where necessary provide updated
details and save the relevant bank details. Without this your membership will not
be active
