You’ll:
Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok, LinkedIn.
Cover match days, player spotlights, and club news
Grow our audience and boost community engagement
Help shape the voice of the club on and off the pitch
You are:
Experienced with content creation, reels, and trends
Passionate about rugby and grassroots sport
A self-starter who can work independently and remotely
Flexible to cover key events, especially match weekends
Remote + occasional on-site (match day coverage)
Freelance / Part-time: Negotiable Freelance rate dependent on experience.

Chippenham RFC is Recruiting! – Men’s Coach and 2nd XV manager.

Are you passionate about player development, team culture, and tactical rugby? Chippenham RFC, one of the South West’s leading amateur clubs, is looking for a driven and committed Coach to be part of our senior coaching set up and Manage our Senior Men’s 2nd XV for the upcoming season.

Key Responsibilities:
Coach and manage the Men’s 2nd XV team
Support and align with the senior section’s playing philosophy
Lead midweek training sessions (in collaboration with the wider coaching team)
Foster a strong team culture and progression pathway between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd XV squads
Be a visible and positive presence on match days
What We're Looking For:
Previous coaching or playing experience at club level
Strong communication and motivational skills
Enthusiasm for developing players and building team cohesion
Ideally Level 2 RFU Coaching Award (or working towards it)
Location: Chippenham RFC
Start: Pre-season (Summer 2025)
