Chippenham are really looking forward to the challenges throughout 2024/25 and the pre-season has been very positive, with some great additions to the Senior Squads. On that front, its great to welcome back players like Matt Dickens who took some time out, Brad Doggett from Dings, Joe Thomas after playing in Canada and Tom Douglas who been playing in London. In addition, there's a number of new faces including Kieran Harvey, who joins from Dings and the Squad is blending real nicely...

This Saturday, Chippenham 1sts are away to Witney, who are a side we've played a few times before.. This Oxfordshire team have been level transferred into Tribute Severn and will be the furthest east we shall be travelling this season. Starting the season strongly is important for Chippenham and this will be a good opener. The Clubhouse Postcode is OX29 9UH

Chippenham 2nds are now proudly in Counties 1 Tribute Southern South and this is the highest league level the 2nds have played. Promotion last year was a great acheivement but the Squad are not here to make up the numbers and have a very clear goal for this season. It starts off with a nice Home Fixture on Saturday as we welcome Frome to Allington Fields - 3.00pm KO. We are expecting a great crowd for this big match and the 2nds will be keen to build on the good win against North Dorset last Saturday. The squad are up for this one.

On Sunday, Chippenham Academy shall be playing their first GRFU League match and start the season, away at Avonmouth. This new Colts League contains 10 teams and it will be very good competition, with sides like Old Reds, Cleve, Keynsham, Dings and RWB, to name a few. Sure the Academy Lads will be ready for this one.
