Many thanks for your support during the 2019/20 season and throughout the current crisis.
We are constantly monitoring guidance from the RFU concerning a date for community rugby to restart and at this stage the RFU is hopeful that some form of rugby may get underway in September. As such, the club is currently planning for rugby to restart for all sections at that time.
At the recent EGM, members voted to freeze membership fees for the forthcoming season and so the membership rates and training fees (where applicable) will remain at the same level as last season. Training fees will only be collected once
The membership renewal window has now opened for you to renew your membership for the 2020/1 season which starts on 1st September. There are several ways to pay your membership and training fees.

1/ Direct Debit
• For those who currently pay through our D/D system, your payments will continue into the new season without any further action required
• For those who wish to switch to D/D, please fill out the Membership form attached with your bank details
2/ Via GMS
• A brief guide on how to pay for membership via GMS is attached.
Your logon and password reset details for GMS are shown in the bottom of this email. Please log on and make sure your personal details are correct.
2/ By BACS
• Lloyds Bank 30-91-99 A/C 29722460 Ref- Surname, membership type

3/ At the Clubhouse with Cash or Card
• If you wish to play by cash or card, you may do so at the clubhouse when we reopen

In order to comply with the new U.K data protection laws (GDPR), the club would like all existing members to thoroughly check all personal details we hold on GMS are up to date. The membership form has been redesigned to ensure this process is as quick and easy as possible.
