The event is aimed at the boys and their coaches only unfortunately due to limit numbers purely due to the size of marquee and ease of catering. It'll be a sit down meal (nothing too fancy) with table service. Parents are however invited to come in and watch the awards being presented, have a drink etc and we'll confirm timings nearer the event. Cost will be £10 per person.

This should be a great event for the boys as we firmly move into Juniors and start operating independently and really cap off the end of a great season. I’ll put it as a ‘fixture’ on Pitchero to allow you to use the player availability to indicate if your son can attend or not.

Details (as I know them):
Timings: Dinner commences at 6.30pm, so suggest arrive NLT 6.10. Intention is to be finished NLT 9.00pm
Cost: £10 / player – I would imagine this will include squash/water
Dress: this will be the first formal rugby dinner the boys will have attended, so is requested that they come dressed with dark trouser & white collared shirt (suggest school trousers & shirt). Intention is that the boys will be presented with their CRFC Club ties by the Junior Chairman at the start for them to wear at the dinner.
Parents are welcome to attend the presentations after the dinner has finished but, unfortunately due to numbers, are unable to attend the dinner itself in the marque. The Clubhouse bar will be open.
I now have the dinner tickets and will be there on Wed training and at Bath on Monday so do please grab me (with cash!) to get one for your son.
