Well disciplined win against Walcot for Chippenham's U12s

This morning saw a visit from Walcot to Allington Fields. The U12s were anticipating a more physical game from those of the previous two weeks and this proved the case. Chippenham attacks were controlled with decent offloading and distribution at the right moments and going to ground when needed. Defence held firm against spirited attacks and rucking from Walcot, but Chippenham maintained discipline and organisation providing a firm platform from which to counter-attack. Again, a good spread of seven try scorers with a final try count of 10 tries to 2. And a special mention, great to see Sam John back after nearly two and half years from his last competitive game following injury, recovery and then a pandemic!
