The UNDER 16’s moved into second place in the league with a 4-2 win at home to Woolton Arglye Purple.
Charlie Young scored on his 50th appearance for the team while George Sutton scored twice and Oscar Smith completed the scoresheet.
Harry Lewis scored twice as the UNDER 15’s REDS picked up three points on their travels at South Wonston Swifts.
A penalty from Theo Baker and finishes from Carter Cox and Ed Woodhouse completed a 5-4 win while Joey Ball made his 200th appearance for the club.
The UNDER 15’s WHITES slipped to a 3-0 defeat away to CK Andover.
The UNDER 13’s REDS drew 2-2 at Salisbury Reds.
An own goal and a goal from Stephen Davis gave them a 2-1 lead at half time playing down hill.
The second half up the hill and into the wind made it difficult with Salisbury levelling but the team kept their composure to collect a point.
The UNDER 13’s GREENS fell to a 5-0 defeat at home to Warsash Wasps.
The UNDER 12’s REDS finished the calendar year with an assured 9-2 victory at home against Tidworth Town.
On a heavy pitch and in difficult conditions, Clarendon played some great football but initially struggled to make their dominance count.
A sharp finish from Jay Burden and a well taken penalty from Ollie Webb gave the Reds a deserved first half lead, but entering the interval at just 2-1 up, it was still all to play for.
Undoubtedly the pick of the goals and the perfect start to the second half came shortly after kick off, as Charlie Malcolm hit an absolute pearler from outside the box that nestled into the top corner.
It was a strike so clean it belied the muddy conditions and proved to be the perfect catalyst for a fantastic second half performance.
Luca Potgieter quickly added a fourth, reacting quickest after a shot was saved and Rafe Symons showed fantastic work rate and pace to capitalise on a through ball before deftly chipping past the advancing keeper.
Malcolm added his second with another smart finish from the edge of the box before Webb also secured a brace after outpacing the defence and calmly slotting into the bottom corner.
Potgieter struck again after a great first touch and with a powerful strike before Symonds added his second and the team's ninth with a volleyed finish after more sustained pressure.
It was a great team performance from the whole squad where work rate and smart play prevailed, and no players demonstrated these qualities more than Finlay Cross and Sam Auton who both put in great performances.
The UNDER 11’s travelled to Shooters with the teams playing really well in a new formation against a physical side.
Harry Caryer picked up the player of the match award for a fine display.
Both UNDER 10’s were on the road as the WHITES visited Overton with a bare 7 players available but credit to all of them for putting in a shift and keep going and had although they had the better of the game they unfortunately couldnt find the net.
Player of the match went to Ayaan Shiek in goal for stepping in and making some great saves when called upon.
The REDS travelled to Atalanta Elite Girls and finished top of their Jock McClorey cup group with a strong first half display.
Henry Bowyer scored twice, with Toby Woodhouse-Smith, Oli Golden and Charlie Jack on his 50th appearance all scored before the break.
Atalanta continued to play some lovely football but the reds pressed well and Woodhouse-Smith on his 100th appearance for the club scored 3 more second half goals to wrap up the game and top spot in the group.
Player of the match went to Alex Keyes for tireless running and good first time passing.
Both UNDER 9’s were hosts for their league games.
The REDS welcomed Alderholt Spartans with Amaru Castellano scoring his 50th goal for the club before adding a cracking second.
Jones Jaison was also at the double which capped off a great display with lots of great passing and team play and top effort all round.
Player of the match went to Freddie Rampton for his non stop effort with and without the ball.
The WHITES saw Overton Blues as the visitors and started in clinical fashion in the first half.
The team lost a little of their composure in the second half allowing Overton to work their way back into the game, but in the end some more clinical finishing resulted in a good display.
we were a little too strong in attack for Overton.
Ben Stephens Joe Malcolm and Shrey Patel each scored twice with Zac Fountain completing the Whites scoresheet.
Player of the match went to Joe Malcolm for his strong showing in defence and midfield and taking on board the coaches instructions.
Arlo Watts scored twice for the UNDER 7’s REDS who hosted Shooters in their final fixture of the new year while Oskar Shann was player of the match.
