As we all prepare for Christmas and the end of what has been a challenging and testing year for all of us, I’d like to extend my utmost gratitude and thanks to all involved with the club.

Your continuing support, effort and involvement that is still enabling the club to go from strength to strength during these extraordinary times and the desire and commitment that will get us back, in 2021 to some sort of normality.
Even though this year has been a testing one and seen little football played at all levels, there has still been some very positive things to draw upon, among these the introduction of the new junior pitch at the MyEnergi stadium that has somehow been completed through two lockdowns with the help and determination of all involved. Again, my thanks to everyone who gave up their time as this will make a huge difference to the junior teams going forwards.

I am also aware that we have many people involved in the club who have played key roles in the pandemic: from the NHS, Emergency Services, carers, transport workers and a host of other key roles. As a community club, we are eternally grateful for their continued support of the club and also for their hard work during these challenging times and we offer them a special thanks .

I would like to finish by wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and safe new year. I look forward with hope to welcoming you all back to the MyEnergi stadium and the Linden Club in the new year to come.
