On saturday we hosted our annual presentation night, a chance for players and fans to mix, have a drink and share stories from the season.
The night was a success with plenty of fans staying behind to celebrate with the players and show their appreciation.
First award of the night was Managers young player of the year (U25) This was awarded to Dan Gallimore, Gally has played the 3rd most minutes of the season making 35 appearances for the Owls.

Next award was the players player of the year, this award shows how well thought of you are by your team mates. Some say the most prestigious award as its voted for by your peers.
This was awarded to Bailey Conway, Bailey works his socks of every game making 32 appearances for the Owls scoring 4 times.

Next up was top goals scorer and this player needs no introduction. Josh Walker was Top goal scorer in the league last year and on the brink of another 20 goal season. Rumour has it his sponsor has offered him an incentive to hit that mark. He's sweating now though.

The commitee player of the year was next. Rumour has it this changed more than once in the end settling on Bailey Conway who picked up his second award of the evening.

The Manager then presented his player of the year award. Which one player picking up his second award of the evening in Josh Walker and the other picking up his third in Bailey Conway

The supporters then had their say with leader of the Parliment (if you know you know) Gary Ladd presenting the award. Another player picking up a well deserved second award was Dan Gallimore.

The Chairman stepped up to present the final award of the evening. This was presented to a player with 32 appearances for the Owls this year with 2 Goals. This guy has had a great season for the Owls. The award went to Callum Foster.

The celebrations continued into the night, with the players heading off into the bright lights of Meggies whilst the committee continued at the Linden Club with some very questionable karaoke singing.
A good time was had by all.
Thanks for everyone who came or who has been to a game this year.
Final home game of the season is saturday against Hednesford Town where we could have a big say in where the title goes this year.
See you there!
