“Pre season has been quite mixed to be fair, unfortunately due to weather conditions we’ve had many of our on field sessions cancelled. We’ve only managed around 3 sessions getting the ball in hand but luckily enough we’ve had some really good camps with CrossFit Ksh and MossAthletic to keep our fitness levels up through the winter period. The numbers have been decent, the effort has been excellent and some real team bonding has happened during these tough sessions.
Decembers always a tough time to train through with Christmas and people working longer hours so hopefully going into 2025 we can get more practice on the field and plenty of numbers to see us field 2 strong teams in our pre season friendlies.”
