Junior & Youth Secretary Required

By CTFC Admin

Vacancy for important role within the cub

Due to illness our current boys Youth Secretary will no longer be able to continue in the role next season.

We are looking for someone to take over this important position asap. As our girls teams have their own Secretary this position is just for the boys teams (approx 16 teams, ages from U16 to U7s).

The main job is to liaise with County FA and the various Leagues the youth teams play in as well as use of the FA Whole Game System. There is a Registration Secretary in place as well as a senior manager who deals with the coaches and also someone who deals with any emails which can be forwarded directly to the coaches themselves.

We also have a Youth Treasurer so finance is not part of the role.

Our current Youth Secretary will be on hand to help out whoever takes on this position. This is an admin role so good communication and organisational skills are essential.
