COVID-19


CBFC / GFC Codnor Football Club are committed to providing the safest environment possible for the return of outdoor competitive grassroots football. So in line with FA guidance the club have appointed Philip Moss (Club Chair) as its 'COVID-19 Coordinator', who will be supported by Phil Stocks (CWO). Please email them with any questions or queries you may have but please note that the vast majority of questions can be answered by reading the latest guidance documents listed below.

Prior to organising or participating in any footballing activity Managers, Coaches, Players, Parents and all club volunteers should read the latest Government, FA and club guidelines as it is everyone's responsibility to comply with the COVID-19 guidance and to adhere to the latest Government advice.

Prior to any teams return to contact footballing activity all Managers, Coaches, Players, Parents must have completed the following:

• Read the latest FA and Government guidance documents
• Ensure parents / guardians have completed and returned the
Parental Consent Form.
• Read the clubs own Risk Assessment
