The audit process this season has been incredible amount of work by all coaches, off field team and specialist staff across goalkeeping, medical, sports science and analysis departments.

Category A status ensures the highest level program for our academy youngsters across the next two seasons.

Jay Catton Academy Director had the following to say on this immense achievement:

“Yesterday we received official confirmation following this seasons audits and was delighted to be informed we were successful in gaining Category A status for both the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 campaigns.

This is a truly outstanding achievement by everyone across the academy and football club including all staff and players from under 8s right through to our under 19s scholarship sides.

Everyone should be incredibly proud of this achievement and no doubt this will be huge for the future of the club as we look to progress youth set up further and aid the next generation of Nomads Academy youngsters.”
