This weeks team of the week has been announced for all U8s to U19s sides.

U8 Elijah Fieldhouse

Like I’ve said in the match report, the lads can’t be faulted for desire and determination. For me today but Elijah Fieldhouse was outstanding with the ball at his feet and showed that he can assists to his game as well as scoring a goal. Well done Elijah. (Stephen Boyes Assistant Coach)

U9 Samuel Makin

Samuel done well in this weeks topic of combination play. Two really good sessions where Samuel had a strong week. Taking in the drills quickly and working with accuracy in his passing and sharp play. He took what we had been working on in training into the games Saturday. Looking for the right pass, linking up with others and delivering some well taken corners. Well done Samuel. (Jason Bell Head Coach)

U10 Jacob Tasker

In the last couple of weeks the team at times has lacked quality, but one player has maintained that quality vs Llandudno, Preston NE and again today vs Wrexham. Touches, Shooting, Passing and peripheral vision first class. (Brad Commins Head Coach)

U11 Oliver Rush

‘ Rushy ‘ was excellent Saturday, He’s in a good run of form currently and he deserves it because he’s worked extremely hard in games and in training. He went toe to toe with a really physical defence this weekend and to have the better of him after being fouled continuously. Rushy overcome adversity and cracked on and was rewarded with some superb finishes. Extremely happy for him, Keep it up Rushy. (Jordan Parry Head Coach)

U12 Riley Duff

This week Riley was very good. He worked his socks off out of possession but also posed a real threat going forward. It was a  performance that had goals, assists and combination play. Riley definitely took on the advice he has been getting recently adding that killer instinct in the final third. Well in Riley. (Chris Boulton Assistant  Coach)

U14 Joseph Harrison

Joseph was superb in this game, so composed on the ball and always looking to step in and play forward. Along with this he was first to every ball and demanded the same type of enthusiasm and belief from his teammates.(Leighton Sumner Head Coach)

U15 Rob Austin

Rob joined the team in November and worked really hard both in training and matches and has progressed brilliantly. His performance on Friday was very impressive, pressed from the front, held up the ball and a constant threat with his pace. Rob scored 2 brilliant goals and put in a very impressive all round performance. Well done Rob keep up the great progress.(Anthony Weaver Head Coach)

U19 Jack Wissett

Jack came back into the team this weekend after being unavailable for our cup fixture in midweek and picked up where he left off by churning out another impressive display at the heart of the back four. Although our attacking play was the main feature of our game verses Colwyn Bay, Jack was crucial in providing a solid platform for those in front of him to go and play. His intelligent defending, accurate forward passing and ability to maintain focus was all on show in this particular game and since he has come into the team it’s something we have become accustomed to such has been his level of consistency. (Gareth Richards Head Coach)
