Following a really positive weekend of fixtures for our academy sides against Flint Town United Academy we unfortunately received news of a two week “firebreak” lockdown for Wales starting today Friday 23rd October running till at least Monday 2nd November.

Unfortunately, this will mean all sessions and potential games that would of taken place at The Quay 3G and or away for all our teams U8s to U19s have had to be postponed during this period.

As an academy we will be striving as we have throughout this pandemic to keep all our young players engaged and developing as much as we possibly can.

A full update for all of our players and parents with regards to what we will be doing over the next two weeks will be released over this weekend once finalised, with some exciting announcements and plans ahead!

Currently our English based players can continue to train and play in England and like we did during Local Lockdown for all, we will be continuing their program over the coming weeks.

English Based Fixtures and Training – 24th and 25th October 2020

We have managed to secure fixtures for two of our English based sides this coming weekend.

Tomorrow our senior phase side travel away to Burscough FC for an 11v11 fixture and Sunday our mini phase side travel away to North West Elite Academy for a 9v9 fixture.

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a fixture for our youth phase side but the players will be training together this Sunday from 12:00 at Chester Goals as have been previous weeks.

A lot of effort has gone in from the club and all staff and is vital all of these arranged fixtures and sessions are attended by all available players and goalkeepers.
