This weeks team of the week has been announced for all sides U8s to U15s.

U8 Olly Walton

Olly with his magic feet again dribbling threw the defence showing what he’s made of. Scored a wonderful free kick and played well, great passing and even scoring with his left foot. Nothing we haven’t heard of from Olly before. He had a moment on the pitch reacting to a challenge, but reminded him instead of reacting negatively show them who is the better player on the pitch and react in the right way. All the boys played amazingly can’t fault any of the lads other then teamwork and playing for each other which needs to be a standard from start to finish. But I had to pick one, fantastic Olly keep it up! (Denver Green Assistant coach)

U9 Mylo Evanson

Mylo done well on Friday, both out wide on the left and also at the back. He shown some great work down the left and looked to link and switch the ball. He scored a few well taken goals.

Saturday there was a few candidates for man of the match in some cracking games. Fast paced & good sized pitches. Mylo was asked to play in a few positions for himself & the "team".  He grew into the game & was always trying to play on the front foot, whether running at players or creating chances. A real mature performance.

Well done Mylo, Man of the match Saturday and Player of the week. (Jason Bell Head Coach)

U10 Tyler Evans

Tyler in the week executed the topic of combination play really effectively over both sessions and really understood the principles of the sessions. Saturday Tyler put in a MOM performance away against Burnley, taking the weekly sessions into the game with some good assists coming from combination play, being challenged to use his weaker foot and scoring a goal with his left. Tyler has a brilliant attitude towards both training and games every week. (Assistant Coach: Carl Butler)

U11 Jack Hardstaff

Jack has really progressed into the group this year and has built up solid performances consistently. His decision making has come on so much throughout his period of joining Nomads late on. He has really settled into the group now and is willing to listen and learn every session and game. Keep up the good work, Well done Jack. (Jordan Parry Head Coach)

U12 Will Finlay

Will had an exceptional game v Prestatyn, his composure on the ball was a real joy to see, his passing range was also another brilliant part of his game and this led to many of our breaks and opportunities in the opposing half. On top of this his defending in 1v1 situations looked really effortless for him, a real mature display. Well done Will. (Leighton Sumner U14 Head Coach)

U13 Denis Kostadinov

Scored three great goals in the game. Improving every week and always heavily involved in the games, also works tireless and presses from the front and very eager to win the ball back. (Jordan Taylor Head Coach)

U15 Alex Jones

Outstanding performance from Alex in CM. Brilliant on the ball, very comfortable driving forward with the ball and worked hard defensively off the ball. One of Alex’s best performances this season and deservedly got 2 goals. Well done Alex. (Matt Griffiths Assistant Coach)
