Just a reminder for people that only a few tickets remain for the first Consett RFC social event of the season. On Friday 29th July Pip Stop will be running an event at the new clubhouse at Amethyst Park. They will be supplying samples of wines for you to try from around the world whilst giving their expert knowledge and supplying matching food for your enjoyment.

This is a hopefully a series of ‘tasting and festivals’ organised by Pip Stop with Gin, Rum and Craft Beers already in the planning.

A few tickets remain for a 7.15pm start and even less availability for the 7.30 and 7.45 starts – tickets only available at The Demi but will be withdrawn from sale on Monday 25th July. Please get in early to make sure you don’t miss out on this new ‘style’ of social event for Consett RFC.

Don’t worry about the walking – it’s only from table to table - if you can by the end of the night!!!
