Borough handed starts to recent signings Leigh Craven and Ceirion Hall with Cory Williams also returning to the starting 11 after returning from injury.
The game was only 2 minutes old when Jamie Roberts played in Cory Williams to open the scoring. This settled Conwy and they bossed the half without causing too many problems for the hard working St Asaph defence. However, the second goal arrived on 40 minutes when Jack Hoult intercepted a pass and ran in on goal to fire home from inside the box.
The second half saw Corrig McGonigle introduced for Jack Hoult and on 47 minutes he scored with only his second touch after Sion Hogan played him in. The away side took complete control of the game and on 78 minutes Jamie Roberts scored a contender for goal of the season when he brought the ball down from the goalkeepers kick flicked the ball over an opponents head and volleyed home from near the half way line. The scoring was complete on 83 minutes when Leigh Craven was brought down in the box and Corrig stepped up to round off a superb performance by Borough.
Final Score - St Asaph 0 v Conwy Borough 5.
