The Willie Knibbs Function Suite holds a maximum of 180 people.
The large space and dance floor can be utilised in a number of ways with layouts including rows of seating, round tables, round tables with a top table and standing.

Typical events held in the Function Suite include Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Wedding Receptions, Wakes, Presentation Events and works/school celebrations.

Room decoration and catering packages are offered by our in house team and we can also recommend DJ's and entertainment such as bouncy castles.

Access to the Function Suite is completely wheelchair friendly.

How much does it cost to book?
We like to be clear with our pricing and are pleased to confirm that the Function Suite can be booked for just £100 per event. As with many venues we do ask that a refundable deposit of £100 is paid at the time of booking which will be returned on the day after your event.

Can I make a provisional booking?
We would be happy to check availability for you and to take a provisional booking. At this time we will ask you to provide us with a contact number and email address.
Provisional bookings can be held for 7 days, after which time we will contact you again and ask that you confirm your booking or we will release the room.
