Lee informed the Committee of his intention to stand down following our game against Nuneaton Griff on Wednesday night.
Everyone connected to the club are disappointed with his decision but at the same time totally respect his reasons why.
He deserves great credit in the way he went about his job ensuring anybody who wears the sky blue and white does so with pride and respect.
His father Willie would be so proud of what he has brought to the club to continue the “Knibbs family legacy” , and to his son Lennon we simply say your dad is a true inspiration but we suspect he already knows that.
We wish to thank Lee for his tireless efforts, his passion and his instilling of his beliefs to the club. Everybody connected to the club wish him and his family all the very best in the future.
