First team player make difference in this must win game
llingworth A 68- Cowling Harlequins 20
Cowling eyeing this as a possible first win started the game the brighter with Illingworth not being able to hold the harlequins effort and commitment with the first try going to player coach Darren Greenwood powering over from close range off a Ali feather pass .
Goal missed Craig Nicholson and yet again the quins scored when feathers kick in the corner found full back Chris Spencer to go over the white wash and goaled by Nicholson after that the Illingworth put on four subs all first team players as there game was off to dodworth it made a big impact as they came on to make there precision felt as they run in three tries but to cowling credit they didn’t give up as greenwood yet again powered over from twenty meter out goaled missed.
At the break it was 20-14 to Illingworth A but with the force of Illingworth first team it killed off cowling hope but yet again ali feather danced his way over the line goaled Spencer and after that Illingworth hit the gas and cowling suffering four injures they had to grim it with no subs left and final score 68-20 now cowling travel to moorend Doncaster hoping for there ever first win of the season.
