This year's AGM in June was postponed because of the COVID-19 crisis and although it is still difficult to get together, a date has been set for the meeting. It is in the clubhouse at 7pm on Wednesday 28th October 2020.
The meeting will be very different from previous years - out of necessity attendance will be strictly limited. The report of the Chair and the year-end accounts will be circulated to all members beforehand and any queries can be lodged in advance.
As per usual the Officers and Board will stand down prior to the meeting but the following have expressed their willingness to carry on in their role:

Please note this is a business meeting and NOT a social gathering however social distancing measures will be in place. If any member- and I stress the term - member, wishes to attend the meeting in person then they must contact me in advance.
