Today at the mighty Dings Crusaders Rugby Club, CSSC Rugby came together in full force – not just to train, but to inspire, build, and belong.

From the moment boots hit turf, the energy was electric. After a sharp warm-up, we hit the contact prep:
? 1:1 scrums, escalating to 2:2 and 3:3, before going full-on with 4:4 pushing battles, jumping, and support drills that pushed every limit and lifted every spirit.

Then came the ball-handling skill zones – sharp passes, smart moves, and plenty of banter (as it should be). And just when the muscles were burning and hearts thumping, CSSC’s very own Jon dropped the pep talk of champions:

⚡ The goal? Real community club links.
⚡ The message? We’re building something bigger than just rugby – we’re building legacy.

We wrapped with a cracking contact game – 8 v 8 under-7s laws (but with full adult-sized determination!) for 15 minutes of pure joy. Then 7 v 7 on a half pitch for a final 20-minute flourish.

? Every tackle had intent. Every run had heart. Every player brought the fire.
