Dalkeith Thistle Chairman Barclay Ewing has decided to call time on his leadership role at the end of the current season, after 5 years in the post.

He will continue to support the club and football staff on matchdays whenever possible.

"It’s been a challenging past couple of years with financial priorities shifting towards obtaining the SFA Club License and also simply keeping the Club afloat during the COVID pandemic. We’re in a much stronger position now, and I feel the time is right."

Applicants for the role will be sought by the Board and formally appointed at the Annual General Meeting on 29th May 2022.
