From initial enquiries, we are planning to have a large number of Clubs participating and it would be great if you could join us to enjoy a fun weekend of Rugby. Saturday 2nd May will be our Junior (U13 to U16) Festival followed by our Mini’s (U7 to U12’s) Festival on Sunday 3rd May.

To register your interest , please email your application form as detailed below to our festival team on festival@blackwellmeadows.co.uk. Following your registration of interest, we will confirm full details for event and payment options.

This year we are charging less for U7’s, U8’s & U9’s with an entry fee of £25.00 per team. For U10’s to U12’s it will be £35 per team and for U13 to U16’s it will be £45 per team to enter.

Please note that no entry places are secured until we confirm your interest and payment is received. As ever, we are expecting a large amount of interest and we do have limited space so teams will be entered on a first come first served basis.
