Good luck to all the players selected for DRFCs first game in the U18s National Cup for several seasons. We expect a very tough game against our Yorkshire opponents as entry into this competition is by invitation only. Harrogate are an excellent club and I'm sure they will look after us well on Sunday.

Selection for every game continues to be tough such is the level of competition in the squad. Our rotation policy sees several players drop out of the match day 22 from last Sunday, with several coming in after a rest against Stockton.

We will be looking to get out of the blocks a bit quicker this week as our slow start left us with just too much to do last week, despite an excellent 2nd half.

The coach will leave the club at 10.15am on Sunday and all Players are invited to travel with the squad even if not selected - a good coach trip early in the season is excellent for team building. We will return to the club for 6pm and there are spaces for supporters allocated on a first come basis. Please let Grant know if you'd like to travel on the coach.
