I am pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of Darlington Rugby Football Club Ltd will be held at Darlington RFC, Blackwell Meadows, Grange Road, Darlington, DL1 5NR on Friday 5th August 2022 at 7.00 pm.

Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Board Update: Year to date and year ahead

2. Presentation of DRFC Club Accounts Year Ending 30th of April (and appointment of Auditors)

3. Election of Directors

4. Appointment of Club President

5. Honorary Members

Any individual who wishes to stand for Directorship must be proposed and seconded by voting members. Applications should be submitted to Richard Adams, Club Secretary by email to richardjadams79@yahoo.co.uk no later than Friday 29th July 2022. The form for nominations is attached.

Whilst the Memorandum of Association for Darlington Rugby Football Club Limited dictates that only (paid) members can vote at meetings, we extend a warm welcome to everyone associated with the club.
