The Valley Roses Ladies got their 22/23 season off to an absolute flyer winning the Raymond James North Herts tournament at Hitchin Rugby Club, beating Bedford Blues Women in the final 35-0.

They only conceded 2 tries all day as the girls showed what quality in depth they have across their squad.

They have 30+ ladies at training twice a week and look like being a force to be reckoned with this season.
