Match report written from the 1st XV Coach Jeff McGann
Dartford valley 1XV put there body's on the line today ! I would go to war with each and everyone of you.
A tough tough game , Dartford ready and prepared to play, unfortunately a miss match ! our men tackled well and played as team , they kicked for field position but fail to capitalise on the chances they had. We then spent a lot of time defending. We had great line speed and made 90% of tackles , We had 2 KOs ,one shoulder and one knee injury ! which left our team depleted of players. We Sucked it up and got down to business putting together phase after phase , time and time again still nothing coming .
What we can take away from the game was a great team spirt which played as a team then your commitment and shear determination to tackle/ defend no matter what the task ! You stuck to the game plan and played hard, I could not ask for any more from you all ! well done men very proud of you all .
Different gear today men and you all know you have been in the game only a fledgling team plying their trade with many new and old exciting players , you have so much to offer and so much to look forward too ! OEs enjoying your hospitality in the Oak and you owned them in there Benjamin Emre Orçan
Thank you Stephen Tite Mathew Matthew Dando for bar and food pitch side and all the supportIng fans .
A speedy recovery to Danny Clive ,Lee Nathan , Kieron Phillips and Freddy Caley
