Jamal Clarke is a 22-year old defender who has joined Daventry Town on `dual-registration terms` from AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
Jamal joined Diamonds at the end of July 2013 after impressing during pre-season games.
He had spent the previous season with Evesham United. He quickly became a regular at centre-back for the Diamonds first team and made 38 appearances for the Diamonds in 2013/14, despite having two periods of suspension.
Jamal made his debut for Daventry Town in our 3-1 home defeat to Godalming Town.
