Kung Hei Fat Choi! USRC Tigers RFC would like to wish you a healthy, prosperous and successful New Year!
Indeed the Year of the Ox is off to a great start as we are delighted to announce that the Home Affairs Bureau has allowed us to reopen King's Park from this Friday. This means that we will have minis and Youth teams back on for training on Sunday and are preparing to get back to mid week training session for everyone else.
Your head coaches will send out details in due course but here a few things to remember:
Some restrictions will remain in place though and we will have to ensure that training is conducted in groups of 4 players with 1.5 meters space between the groups. We kindly ask everyone to assist our coaches to adhere to that requirement.
Arriving at KP, everyone will have to register either using the LeaveHomeSafe App or by registering their names, contact number and the date and time of the visit. We will set up a desk for you to do that.
Anyone not on the pitch must wear a face mask and keep in groups of no more than 4, with 1.5m social distancing between groups.
Whilst the Covid case numbers are currently very low, there is obviously no place for complacency, and if we want to keep the pitches open we all need to be fully compliant with the regulations and responsible in our actions in the coming weeks. The Government have said these social distancing relaxations will be reviewed on 3rd March – so meanwhile let’s stick to the basics and do our bit to stay Covid free; wash hands, wear masks, keep 1.5M apart - and keep those pitches open!
See you at KP!
