Social Touch Rugby is open to everyone aged 15 and over. Whether you're completely new to the sport, looking to get fit, or want to get back into rugby without the tackles, Touch Rugby is for you.

Touch is a fast-paced, non-contact version of rugby that's easy to learn and great for all fitness levels. It is played by people from their teens to well into adulthood — and it's one of the few truly mixed-team sports around!

We'll guide you through the basics, from the rules and gameplay to team structure — no experience needed. Come for the fun, stay for the community.
