There are some changes to the structure and prices of our membership subscriptions this year:
Subscriptions are also being held at 23/24 prices as an early bird offer until the end of September with the option to pay by direct debit available at the same time. Make sure you sign up early to take advantage of this offer!
From 1st October the price of each subscription category will increase by £5 and (in order to avoid payments overlapping into the 25/26 season) will only be available as a one off payment. We have reduced the membership for the 3rd (or more) child to £30, in line with general membership, and there will continue to be a part season payment for those joining late in the season.
We remain committed to ensuring that money should not be a barrier to playing and a £1 subscription is available in all categories of membership. In contrast to previous years this will be available for you to purchase in the same way as any other membership, removing the need for anyone to speak to their coach or other club official. These will be available from the 1st August.
Our membership subs are a primary source of income for the club and are a prerequisite for playing, ensuring that we have the appropriate information about our players. There are therefore some additional questions to answer when you pay subs this season, primarily to ensure that we gather any important medical information and ask for consent to using any photos/video for publicity and training.
On the assumption that players who have not paid subs are no longer playing and in order to comply with out data protection responsibilities, any membership records without 2023/24 or 2024/25 subscriptions paid at the end of September will be removed from our database.
If anyone has any question please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Regards, Alec McVean, Membership Secretary.
