REGISTRATION OF JUNIOR & YOUTH PLAYERS FOR 2020

It’s that time of year again when we need to register players on the YJ League system. We want players registered on the League system by 3rd Jan 2020

Following registration to the League, I will contact you by email regarding your subs payments.

STAGE ONE

Parents/guardians now need to register their child(ren) on the SportsTG (LeagueNet) registration system for the Yorkshire Junior & Youth League (ie, Under 8s to Under 16s).

Re-registering Players

Players that were previously registered to our Club will require their parent/guardian to register them using the same email address used for the 2019 season.

Enter the password previously used. If password is forgotten click the forgot password link

Select the player record and then complete the online registration form updating any information if this has changed and completing all mandatory fields

I will monitor the players that are re-registering to the Club and will assign to the relevant age group

New Players

All new players will be required to register on LeagueNet. Parent/guardians should follow the below link, please note the parent/guardian will need to upload proof of age ID (passport or birth certificate) and a current photo of the player.
I will receive a notification that a player is trying to register to the Club
The RFL and/or Yorkshire Junior & Youth have to approve all new player registrations – this is a system requirement and allows them to confirm the players age.

Transfers

The transfer guidelines will be sent out late December. NO transfers will be processed for teams within the Yorkshire Junior & Youth League until after the AGM. If you do have any players who want to transfer to another club or who want to transfer to our Club, then please email me the details and I will make a list so we are ready to go after the AGM on 13 January 2020.

STAGE TWO

Once I am aware a player has been registered to the league, I will then email the parent with a website link to either join the Dewsbury Moor website or a link to update their information. This year there is a registration form to complete depending on the role of the person ie, Parent, Club Member, Coach etc. In this email, will be an instruction on how they pay their Club Membership as a Parent and how they pay their registration fees for their child(ren). All membership/registration fees need to be collected online. There will still be an option to make a one off payment for the season or an option to make 3 payments (1st Feb, 1st Apr and 1st Jun). No coach or team manager should be collecting money and no monies should be paid over the bar at the Club.
